• Members of BCBS have the option to sign onto an online account that will answer questions specifically for them. Different procedures are covered differently for different plans. Call your Doctor

• Many times, your doctor or the hospital that's performing the procedure will know if it is covered by your BCBS plan. If you're having trouble reaching a representative, you can ask your doctor to call. The insurance company may have a quicker response time for medical professionals.
