God Will Open the Window of Heaven for Us
Malachi 3:10 says bring all the tithes into the storehouse that there may be food in my house and try me now in this, says the Lord of Hosts, if I will not open for you the windows of Heaven and pour out for you such blessings that there will not be room enough to receive it.
I tried it but I never did see an open window.
I knew the word of God is true so I continued to give my tithes even without a clear understanding of that passage of scripture, then one day through a television pastor, I learned what the window of heaven really meant.
God is not going to send a car, money or house down from heaven.
What He will do is give us concept, ideals and insights on how to get those things.
What He sends from Heaven is knowledge and abilities; it is up to us to use what He has sent.
Every one of us has a talent that enables us to prosper, it is on the inside of us and God will send concepts, ideals, and insights on how and where to use it.
We might not know what our talent is but we can ask the Lord and He will reveal it to us.
Everything started out as an thought but persistent will bring it to past.
God may give the ideal but He is not going to make us pursue it, that part is left up to us.
Many great ideals have fallen by the wayside for lack of persistence.
Doubt will also hinder us from following through on our ideas.
We have to believe in what we have even if no one else does.
When we get an insight from the Lord mostly likely we will not have a clue as to how to obtain it but do not worry, we are at the place where He want us.
He wants the glory and by us not knowing anything we will readily give it to Him and will trust Him to work it out for us.
I have a painting but there is not a name on it or a date.
It is very old and fragile.
It has a copyright number on it.
I had no ideal what it was or who painted it, by faith I sent a letter to someone with a picture of it, to my surprise a woman responded and told me that it is a reproduction of a Fresco in Roma at Palazzo Pallavicini-Rospigliosi.
It is called Aurora and Guido Reni, a famous painter in the 1600, painted it.
The Lord gave me something but I did not know what it was, I pursed it and trusted Him to reveal it to me and He did.
I give Him the glory for that because I am thankful.
Once we get an ideal opposition will certainly follow but remember, the one who gave it is able to bring it to past for us.
All we will need to do is wait on Him, keep the faith, listen and follow His instruction.
If we will do that, we will see our dream come true.
