Five years as a call center supervisor has really affected me. Changes in the shifts and schedules happen often. Being transferred from night shift to morning shift in a couple of weeks is a normal occurrence. One day, I just got fed up by all of it and resigned for good. I have yet to rethink my decision of quitting my job. I am confident that a better opportunity awaits me. The internet is a haven for the best opportunities there is.

Being a risk taker does not mean that I have to take on uncalled risks on something I know I am good at. Dealing with people comes naturally to me. That means the best route for me to take was multi-level marketing and direct sales.
What makes direct sales and multi-level marketing the natural choice? For starters, it does not need a big capital to operate unlike when you venture into franchising or opening your own restaurant or boutique. I chose the business I am in right now because it has provided me with the proper tools, mentoring and training I needed to start and grow a business quickly. I never regretted my decision to start my own business. I did what I have to do in order to be there in all the important occasions in my kids' lives. They have always been my priority and nothing else.
Unlike with other traditional businesses, a big capital is not needed when you want to do business in direct sales and multi-level marketing. The people on top are keen to help since they will be gaining money if you grow as well. Once you have reached the top, it would be your turn then to help them while they are starting up. Follow the road I have taken when you want to have the financial freedom and the perks that come with it. Have control of yourself and help others realize their dreams and ambitions.
Most people seek personal development. It has always been everyone else's goal to become better and more effective. Knowing this, I only consider companies having personal development as their line of business. Everybody has room for personal development no matter how rich or successful they have become. In order to stay competitive, people have become more and more conscious in improving themselves through trainings and seminars. For me being able to help other people is a reward in itself. Helping others is definitely one way of helping yourself.
