- 1). Log into your HostGator cPanel account (http://www.[yourwebsite].com/cpanel).
- 2). Click "File Manager."
- 3). Double-click the "public_html" folder.
- 4). Click "New Folder" in the control bar at the top.
- 5). Type in a folder name for this subfolder and click "Create New Folder." It will go inside the main folder "public_html."
