Give a brief summary of the basis for your current-year estimation. For example, mention if you have signed contracts or order requests lined up for later in the year.
- 3). In the third paragraph, state the future objectives of the company and where you see areas for long-term growth and development.
- 4). Put the financing request in the last paragraph. Explain how you will use the money. Tell the lender when you plan on paying it back.
- 5). Type your contact information at the bottom of the letter and sign it.
