How to Make Sangria
Making a good sangria is just like making good chocolate milk.
If you don't have enough time, then making a good Sangria isn't possible.
Actually making the Sangria isn't so hard it's just a matter of slicing your fruit and combining it with your wine and other ingredients, but after this it needs to cool down for a few hours.
The fruit needs to absorb the wine and the juice needs to find his balance with the wine, but what is a good Sangria? A good Sangria needs to be served cold and it all depends of the taste you have.
If you like berries then a Berry Sangria would be a good Sangria for you.
However I've tried a lot of different kinds of Sangrias and to my conclusion there is always a difference between a Sangria that I've made and one from another.
I don't know if it's just me, but I love my own Sangrias and especially not the ones that you can buy in the shop.
My first experience with Sangria was in Spain, the country of the the Sangria recipes! I was on a vacation with some friends and a friend of me invited me to drink a glass of Sangria and he said to me "They are just great".
I already heard from it, but I never tried it out and then I said to myself "Well if he likes it...
".
He ordered me a glass of Sangria and at first sight it just looked great with all those little pieces of fruit in it.
After that I tasted it and not surprised it tasted delicious.
When I had drunk my glass out I asked the man who made the Sangria for the recipe and he said to me "Well it's quite easy, you just slice some fruit, combine it with dry red wine and let it cool down for a few hours".
It's so easy that I now make my own Sangrias on special occasions.
