An example might be, If you say "I want to get out of debt.
" You are focusing on the debt and therefore will continue to create the debt.
The opposite of that would be to say, "I want to create $100,000 in one year's time.
" You are focusing on the outcome.
You were told to put a vision board of the things you want to achieve.
The house you want, the spouse you want, the body you want, the charity you want to give to and whatever your heart's desired.
There have been many studies that prove this works, if executed properly.
Scientists and Religious Masters have tested this principle throughout time, Einstein, Edison, Gandhi, Abraham and Jesus to name a few.
The rub is that when the secret came out, many people were misinterpreting the message behind it.

" Tell the lending institutions you owe money to, that you will pay them soon because you have a picture of money in your wallet.

You actually have to get yourself off your butt and work toward it.

It works for millionaires and business people to visualize how their business will look when it is successful and the money they will receive.
It works for the teacher or preacher who visualizes a captivated audience before he steps in front of the group.
The missing ingredient was that people thought simply visualizing something will make it true.
"I can have a million dollars in my bank account if I believe I already have it?" This is not true! You can have a million dollars or whatever your goal may be if you do the following: o Visualize what you want.
o Decide what vehicle you will use to achieve your goal.
(business, creation, writing) o Determine who will benefit from the outcome of your goal.
(Example how will your product or service benefit others?) o Research and learn from others who are successful doing what you want to do.
o Solicit the help of people through a mastermind group that will work in harmony to achieve your goal because they will benefit as well.
o Set goals and time frames for accomplishment.
o Break up projects into manageable tasks.
o Take daily action.
o Readjust if you hit a road block.
o Enjoy the journey and face your fears.
o Listen to your gut instinct.
o Continually visualize the end result of other people benefiting and enjoying what you are creating.
You see there is a lot more steps too being successful at something, then just thinking about it.
