    • 1). Place the flower cookie cutter on each slice of pineapple. Press down on the cookie cutter to cut out a flower from the pineapple.

    • 2). Make cantaloupe balls with the melon ball scooper. Scoop out one ball of cantaloupe for every two pineapple flowers.

    • 3). Cut the cantaloupe balls in half. Lay each one on its flat side centered and against the half of the pineapple flower. This creates the center for your pineapple flower.

    • 4). Place a bamboo skewer through the center of each pineapple flower. This will go through the pineapple and into the cantaloupe ball. Do not allow the skewer to exit out of the cantaloupe; you only need enough to make it stick to the pineapple

    • 5). Wash the strawberries thoroughly. Place each strawberry through a bamboo skewer. Push the skewer through the top of the strawberry, but do not allow the skewer to exit out of the bottom of the strawberry. Continue placing strawberries on skewers until you have 10 to 15.

    • 6). Place seven to eight grapes on a skewer. Place one grape on at a time, sliding it down to make room for the next grape. Do not allow the skewer to go completely through the last grape. Make eight or nine skewers filled with grapes.

    • 7). Place the floral foam in the vase. Try to use an opaque vase so that the skewers do not show through.

    • 8). Insert each skewer into the floral foam at different angles. Create a sphere shape for the bouquet. You may need to cut 1 or 2 inches off the skewers to angle them appropriately. Adjust the lengths of the skewers so that the outer skewers are at a large angle and shorter than the center skewers. Depending on the size of your vase, you may have to make more skewers filled with fruit to make your bouquet look full.

    • 9). Place twigs of parsley in between each skewer. This will help fill your bouquet, and it helps hide the skewers. Wrap the parsley around the skewers carefully.
