How to Use Hydrogen Peroxide to Deter Pests in a Vegetable Garden

    • 1). Fill a clean pail with 1 qt. of water. Stir 1 oz. of three percent hydrogen peroxide into the water, thoroughly mixing the solution.

    • 2). Pour the hydrogen peroxide solution into a spray bottle.

    • 3). Spray every plant in your vegetable garden with the hydrogen peroxide solution. Liberally coat the plant tissue of each vegetable plant with the solution to repel bugs, bacteria and fungus.

    • 4). Drench the vegetable plants with the hydrogen peroxide solution after each rainfall. Prepare fresh hydrogen solution for each application.
