His Grace Is Sufficient
Grace is a gift from God to us and since it is a gift, we cannot earn it or buy it.
He has freely given it to us and it is made strong in our weakness.
Sometimes when we fail or come short of something that we wanted to do we might feel like a failure or inadequate, we might began to think of ourselves as weak but Paul said 2nd Corinthians 12:9-10 and He said to me, my grace is sufficient for you, for my strength is made perfect in weakness.
Therefore, most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
Therefore, I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake.
For when I am weak, then I am strong.
What is Paul saying? He's basically saying that in our weaknesses God will make us strong.
When we know that by our weakness we could not accomplish a thing but we did it, surely we would realize that it was the grace of God at work in us and we would give Him the glory.
The grace of God is sufficient for everything that we attempt to do therefore, we should never think of ourselves as a failure.
If something does not work the way we had hoped it would do not get discouraged, it only means that the Lord has a better way for us and it may not be all what we wanted to do but it will be the best thing for us.
When we rely on the grace of God and not upon our own capacity our way will be made perfect.
We must understand that we might have the ability to do something but we can encounter hindrances especially if we are motivated by our strength.
We might still have hindrances if we rely on the grace of God but the difference is His grace will see us through.
His grace will cause people to show us favor.
It will open doors for us that we did not think were possible.
The bible said, let the weak say I am strong.
I believe that means when we realize that we can do nothing without the Lord, His grace will become bountiful in our life.
We become strong because of His grace that is at work within us.
God has in powered us with His grace because He loves us.
He wants us to be successful in all things so He has given us His grace so we can be successful.
It is sufficient enough for us to be successful if we would rely upon it.
There is nothing that the Lord has given us that will fail us so we can rest assured that His grace will not fail us.
It will supply all of our needs and wants.
It is sufficient for us in all things.
