Rice is popular in America as well and close to 25 billion pounds of rice is grown locally every year by American farmers. An interesting fact is that 85% of the rice consumed in America has been grown locally.

Tasty and packed with nutrients, Americans love enjoying piping hot rice served with chicken, pork, beef or just about any gravy. In this article, we will explore 2 recipes that feature rice and America's all-time favorite – sausages!
