    • 1). Combine a mixture of one part white vinegar and two parts linseed oil in a bowl. This will both clean and moisturize at the same time.

    • 2). Dip a cleaning rag into the mixture, wring the cloth out and wipe over the leather in large circular motions.

    • 3). Allow the leather to air dry, as there will be a small layer of residue left behind.

    • 4). Dry the leather with a clean rag a few hours later to remove any excess cleaning solution. The vinegar cleans well and the oil restores moisture, keeping the leather looking and feeling like new.
